It's almost 10 seconds
The final word around spontaneous rebooting after pressing enter over arduino-cli lead to a memory unstability. Changed my ECC DDR4 2133 Mhz into YongXinSheng DDR4 16 GigaByte at 2400 Mhz, does not complaint or reboot. But exceptionally it does not produce the bug too with only one DIMM of ECC DDR4 at 2133Mhz. Or placing memory into slot 1 and slot 4 seams to not be stable. But belong to hardware location, close to the back panel with AD4 over cover is the position 1. And and logically the other side the memory should start from slot 3 and slot 4 but in fact they are reversed and the left slot it number 4 and the right slot located closer to the ATX 24 pins power supply is the number 3. So maybe everyone in the left side shouldn't make error too ! So up to another memory from YongXinSheng, I will ask myself is it the support of 2400 Mhz and correlation with bare front side bus cpu working either at 2194 Mhz in either 2133Mhz memory configuration or the 2400Mhz... Working with something that work should be good for the moment.
So look at the result now:
Back with Raspberry PI 4 with 4Gb of Memory LPDDR4 :
Some calculation.
So minus 1 second it's fair enough when you do trial on raspberry and wait 1947 Seconds. Don't forget it's done over a expert box that consume 27 Watts following the time it take to compile and give 27 Watts * 1947 seconds, while the Xeon is staled of 650 Watts for 11 seconds. 52569 Watt spend compared to Xeon and 7150 Watts, Xeon is working but they never make a 6 phases current boost to power the Arm64 architecture from Rasbperry. Like 6 phases with a starting power of 4.5 Watts will provide at 1947 seconds around 8761 Watts of power where now a Xeon can be jalous of other consumption.
About ARM64
So I don't know how Apple silicon will really boost performance to hang over actual Xeon result. Maybe it's using acceleration trick and many user will be deceived from Apple Silicon Chip to not perform as it should be. But it's true with low power like this a raspberry pi 4 can show you a movie with HD sound and 1920x1080 without flicking and that part is all about.
There is a strange behavior with Xia Mint installer and once with arduino-2.2.1 it require to install with pip venv, to provide and virtual environment to install pyserial and after it stop having problem. But after installation of Arduino IDE to create the arduino home and install all the base, after I launch the arduino-cli and this one will also answer to error of wrong esptool, wrong serial installation. So I kept installing the missing serial into a virtual environment ans work . It's also the same error on windows but since I am out of an old version of cygwin/msys2/mingw the recent one ask to require Windows 10 and later and thus into python3.6 refuse to add yourself the esptool/serial and complaint with wrong CTYPE and missing dll. Which is crude Arduino-IDE and arduino-cli does uses python3.10 and 3.12 and are reserved to Windows 10 and after. So stay with linux if you are unable to afford you a windows license key, it's effortless and render sometime under this question. Why it should be, I already compile a 3.10 version of python (beta one) with Windows XP and using cygwin from that year... like around 2007-2009 incredible how cygwin/msys2/mingw become dependent from Windows infrastructure.
And I do care about the result and that the important part here. Everything was achieving freely.
