So in most of the trial in memory order, cheaper video card, less memory, and less disk would not be an initiative it's part of everyone trial across this "Matrix" to believe and try. It's specification and should relieve yourself of a lot of problem. My problems was a bit deeper. The Soyo compagny assume selling a X99P4 model as C612 chipset while it have the same design of a SCJI-ISI II X99D3 model and are apparently a P55 chipset, also called "Poor" model chipset.
What else, belong to this picture, the American Mega trend 2.18.1263 is a 2025 version of bios running in 128 Mbit in a Winbond 25Q128 of 16Mbytes of bios. While 2 other modell run with FM25W128 with OTP (One Time Programmable) option on some page. So even if you have updated to a possible version compatible as you claim, The OTP region aren't erasable back to write it's a protection that turn dead the region to be read-only. So the big fight consist to remove the FM25W128 and put a Winbond 25Q128 and write it, this make some damage to your board and may kill it. So don't go in a fight without all the tools or you will loose this one.
The other reality, it's possible this Xeon E5-2650v4 with 12 cores and 24 threads will not run before 201X to 2024 and might require an installation of an Haswell like E5-1620 V3 not showed but actually it's the strongest CPU I install to make this picture show.

The Linux Mint is a x64 bit linux copied from my raspberry pi 4 copied with rpi-imager over the 2 TeraBytes "OEM" western digital ssd nvme pcie 4.0 connected to slot one of the AD4.
I don't have good image from the boot but HUANANZHI have a white bloc in sub-block disposed in a cube to form an "N" and "H" and possibly an "A", it's also similar to Nintendo 64 "N" logo. The Nvidia GTX550-ti with 4GB DDR5 is also showing during the post, so everything is working and only getting myself at work to install Arduino and make some interesting comparison, and probably install Windows 7 if the DVD-burner buy recently have enough power to read my Windows official installation disk in 64 bit of course.

The HUANANZHI AD4 model is top genuine to accept Xeon processor and do cost around 123 $CA, not kidding. It give you 2x pcie 16x but it's not telling if it's support the GTX550-ti on the second pcie 16x port. It give you 2 nvme/sata ssd as long as 2280 type support. There is an 1x and 8x pcie up to connect a wifi with couple of antenna or another plate of disk in nvme like fenvi adapter on the retail market. It come in ATX format and it's the magic of the modern case and c612 and C602 story they where designed in ATX format and apparently are not offered in itx and M-ATX forma. But mine is installed on a Voron gaming-modular beam in m-atx format it cost 70$ and those at 90$ should include a pcie-16x extension to move your video card being parallel to your board to save in space. But shopping for full case of new ATX does turn around 150$CA - 250$CA to no limit because there is also wrong information in this domain. Some huge case of 1meter high are sell equally to same price of those in 35 cm high and make impossible to rely on the description. So talk to your seller about dimension first or buy like me a modular Voron based installation, you can buy extra Voron by unit and possibly save and increase the strength of your installation if you are moving often with.
