Yesterday, all the documentation was in my pocket to get started with when I will successfully bring the compilation of MicroPython within a reality, but today with all the new link because they made a new documentation for MicroPython for STM32 where left a bit elsewhere, but they do it too like a song of Saint-Merry of Christmas and for all those using Gnu product will be wished to wrap off the bag and start testing your newly USB-dongle from STM32, mine finally take an image compilation after 66 minutes of long compilation over my raspberry Pi 4, I do believe out of my Xeon merely reboot spontaneously and I may believe it's not the warmth in my room that create that but probably no one Intel processor equipped with my huananzhi motherboard, failed and probably we will see Intel microcode update fixing that because up to a no sign of disk problem after the spontaneously reboot does goes back online without problem. I swear probably this Christmas won't offer a generation of Xeon E7 (gold and platinum) edition are probably sell on retail after exhausting a developer group to not be able to perform some night build in MicroPython.
Oh yes it's a version from december 19 too and it's not available binary on the internet where my raspberry Pi 4, was able to offer the nucleo-wb55 and wb55-usb dongle too, but not the esp8266 version for 1.27 of MicroPython it's still have problems to find <bits/libc-header-start.h> where both arm64 and x86_64 was present on my Ubuntu 22.04, so hurry up for the first time something in ST does work...
And the dongle obtain on aliexpress as well an STM32WB55CGU6 deluxe black-pill like with Bluetooth capability and 1 Mbit of space to afford all the strange thing it can handle. Adding a SD-card to store the python-script if it exceed the logical space to develop some prototyping for my computer cooler, but now it will come with a Bluetooth apparently more US similar way to dock thing, because late test performed with esp32 and esp32s2 does not give a hand, and I have the choice doing through IP wireless from esp32/esp8266 family or having this into Bluetooth.
Here the image of the dongle itself.
Using St32 Cube Programmer of version 2.19.0 the next version installed 2.21.0 does not work or the Cube Programmer don't want to open. Despite having the application in Java/JRE environment, it's special version 2.21.0 is not an executable or a Jar executable. So I went back with 2.19.0 in root mode because the Debian package to install the udev still trying to install itself but it does not show about the disclaimer and does not show an Y/N agreement question, so using the root to call the Cube Programmer and recognize the st-link v2 into USB mode and allow to write the binary into the STM32WB55CGU6 dongle and let appear what you see at the Thonny Python box a special version compiled at December 19 ... What it cost 5.39$CA, and some report it's working like charm under Arduino after founding similar key doing with Arduino 2.2.1 and 2.2.6 user that haven't upgrade to latest Arduino version, still enjoy using a LED to test.
A last strange thing, with, while I was soldering the gate, the E4 gate is directly connected with the internal LED and should blink-blue out of DFU mode, but while soldering the gate E4, the LED light up faintly but enough to see my iron as an effect of pushing electron to light up the E4 LED directly, a bit special but not to cause thing to goes wrong.
