Does "Dram Recourse" is International ?

 Akin to observe a great increase in price of the DRAM, based from all memory technology, I do suspect both Trump Administration and Chinese poll to adopt an out of legal action to increase prize in many computer part including what not directly touching Atlanta Fab promoted by Trump and make the Chinese bonding in prize through and error from many company including Hynix, Micron, and many more to get the agreement being Chinese government  to increase the price of memory in such short distance. Here the example:

 

from May 5 2025, my memory for my Xeon does jump from 28$ $CAN to 106$ around this Christmas.

And do introduce the so called price before claim it was around 200.72 which was in fact belong to my invoice from may 5 2025 at 28.18 $CAN, and sometime rebate based previous price does not fit. Belong to history of DDR4 it's in 2017 we do see a big drop from 200$ to 110$ and around and can be a history held back to accommodate some, and extracted from database price and compare price It's literately hijacking your wallet if you plan to buy a computer this Christmas.

I haven't check the DDR4 ECC for server, but apparently a major decision to held back from this before COVID-19 crisis, price seems to be a big question in my mind about current DRAM international recourse. Where I already get a check for the too much paided from past DRAM starting from far 2009 and around was my DDR3 buyed for my laptop holding a Athlon x2 at 1900 Mhz . And finally does the hand of the decision can go over that survey which initially the DRAM recourse had a first investigation around 2005 and few years after, does it make possible than Trump Administration will be held by judge to holding wrong intention during his political poll to increase his chance to earn money for other type of Tariff and fare by promoting other like Chinese government to take his hand into that reality already managed by the International. I do believe Trump is the kindly demon that invite other to not respect treaty sign internationally and to cover fortune from.

 Yeah, that's another one piece of Intel Corporation. Not in is box, already plugged somewhere. And now it's not sold with a board and not only wrap into a bubble bag. Yes it's true an e5-2650 own 30Mb of L3 cache while the e5-2630 own 25 Mb. Ok it's not also the theoretical 2 cores in less. I seriously believe the second one will fail, for not having around 6 to 8 core and up to 15 Mb of memory on L3 cache. Hottest Snapshoot from my ThF4_LaFe Hard-State Nuclear Holdrum

This is my ThF 4 + LaFe (α-Fe) Nuclear Holdrum ( more than quantic-one ), for it's hard-state design. My Xeon got afraid of it so it have run it out.

 Yes, there is an alternative to make Windows working. It's changing inside bios inside "CSM" section which have it and some item where left into "UEFI" and not auto-detect between "UEFI" and Legacy and does support Windows installation.    With such speed.   Belong to images it's my "DDR4 ECC" memory which are 2x 16 Gigabytes at 2133 Mhz that is actually running at 2194 Mhz, so close to processor speed which is 2.2Ghz. And it's only what is supported in overclock-ability the memory is pushed hard. Pushed at 103% of it's clock it might be the reason sometime it shut down silently or simply doing a task and shutdown. Except in Linux Min Xia installation it reboot before it end the loading of all the module. But exceptional it can last for 10 hours long formatting a Tera Byte ( out of it's 8 days of formatting ) and by using the Linux Mint installer of Xia ( which is the previous version of Linux Mint ).
